My venture info multifamily real estate in Stockton, CA became a resounding success thanks to our exceptional property management company. They took our newly purchased underperforming building and turned it into a lucrative investment. Their attention to detail during the rehab and remodel work was unmatched. By improving the tenant profile, they created a safer and more attractive living environment, resulting in doubled rents and a remarkable increase in NOI. Their services are nothing short of outstanding.
Prashant R.I am an apartment building owner. REPS has been instrumental in our success. Our investment has come full circle and REPS has been there the entire time making sure we were running optimally. My property was fairly distressed when I bought it. REPS stabalized it and found every value-added possibility. Gabriella is on top of everything. She is fair and honest with everyone. As soon as I find another building I will be calling REPS for management.
Teresa B.Gabriella has been managing our Rose Garden apartments for over an year now, and we are extremely happy with her management company. She has done an amazing job in implementing RUBS, thereby increasing our revenues. She always follows up with us for capital expenditures, and keeps the expenses low. She also brought in quality tenants and kept our vacancy rate very low. I would highly recommend her for your management needs.
