A few things to know
- Security deposit will be refunded within 21 days after move out. You will receive the itemized disposition of security deposit in your resident portal. Any refund will be mailed by check.
- Remember to enter your forwarding address in your tenant portal through the move out button. This is where we will mail any refund!
You have submitted your move out request…now what?
Step 1
PRE-MOVE OUT INSPECTION. This is not a required inspections. This can be performed at your request about 2 weeks prior to your move-out date. Email us to request a pre-move out inspection.
Step 2
MOVE OUT INSPECTION. This inspection is required. We will contact you by email a few days before your scheduled move out date to schedule your move out inspection. You will need to have the unit clear and cleaned and keys ready to turn in to management at this appointment. This inspection is required.
