Real Estate Property Services, Inc. (REPS) helps owners and organizations keep properties and sites operational. We bring more than 10 years of hands-on property operations experience to multifamily housing, facilities, rehabilitation projects, and relocation coordination throughout California’s Central Valley.
You work directly with our leadership. We learn what is happening on the ground, set priorities with you, coordinate the people doing the work, and keep you informed as issues move toward resolution.
Government & Public Agencies
When your team needs support at a housing site or public facility, REPS can help turn an operating need into a workable scope. We coordinate site inspections, maintenance, vendors, staffing, incident documentation, and corrective actions. We also support rehabilitation work at occupied properties.

Property Management

Meet Gabriela Fierro, Principal
I’ve spent more than a decade helping owners navigate properties and projects that require more than routine oversight. My work spans single-family and multifamily housing, mobile home parks, ground-up development, and the rehabilitation of occupied and vacant multifamily properties, as well as property repositioning.
I’ve worked with planning and building departments across multiple jurisdictions on projects, including commercial-to-residential, warehouse-to-commercial, and warehouse-to-self-storage conversions. I also help owners with repositioning strategies that connect property-level work to their long-term goals.
I’m a California Department of Real Estate licensed broker and LEED AP, Building Design + Construction Certified. I also hold a certificate in construction project management, a green building certification, and project management certifications, as well as an OSHA certification.
